Jeffery Williams wins "The Fashion Show: Ultimate Collection"

26-year old Jeffery William was the last man standing on Bravo's  "Fashion Show". He won the grand prize of $125,000 and a fashion spread in Harper's Bazaar!



Williams grew up in Seattle, Washington in a family of 12 siblings. He always dreamed of becoming a fashion designer. He attended FIT in New York and the rest is history. He is currently working as a fashion consultant, illustrator, and stylist while he works on creating his collection. He has worked with the likes of Peter Som, Alexander Wang, and international stylist Patti Wilson.

Williams' created a collection of sophisticated gowns, dresses, and sportswear. His collection was devoted to his mom, who died of breast cancer in 2004.

"I always knew I would be in the finale," Williams said, shortly before his victory was announced by supermodel, Iman. "My mother gave me the inspiration to be here and believe in myself."


Williams' winning style philosophy is "There's no such thing as what's in or what's out. It's all about confidence and truth. If you feel divine, keep it on; if not, take it the heck off."

MAC Cosmetics: Exciting New Products Coming for Spring 2011

MAC Cosmetics is always full of fun make-up surprises!! The beauty brand will have two new make-up collections coming this spring.  

First up is the new jean collection called Jeanius which features lip glosses, lipsticks, eyeshadows, blush, and nail polishes. The cool thing thing about this collection is the eyeshadows which come in modern hues and feature a cute jean button design. The "Bike Blue" nail polish also will be a very nice add on. The shade is dark enough to go with everything, just like your favorite pair of jeans! 

Second is the very cool Wonder Woman make-up collection that will feature berry-toned lip glosses and metallic shimmer pigment powders that will be oversized to mimic the larger-than-life heroine's taste for all things big. Other highlights include super-sized colored mascaras, red and blue nail polishes, and adorable lipstick bullets hugged in corset-like gold with a red star emblem.  

 

MAC Jeanius Collection is set to hit beauty counters in the U.S. March 3 and Wonder Woman Collection is set  to hit stores on March 10. They just keep on surprising us with amazing cosmetics!

Why All the Fuss Over this Wet Seal T-shirt??

Ok, so we know that this t-shit may be printed grammatically incorrect, but is it that serious to make all of this fuss about it?

In case you didn't catch the error at first glance, the word your should have been spelled you're. According to several other sources, people are saying they wouldn't be caught wearing this shirt!  

We don't see how this t-shirt made it as far as to be featured on the website and have no one catch the error!  Imagine how many hands touched the shirt before it reached its final destination: The designers that designed the shirt, corporate, the manufactures, the model while in front of the stylist and photographer, the editorial hands, and lastly the people that actually put it on the website for sale! Wow this one really slipped by Wet Seal.

Although the shirt may be grammatically challenged, we think that it's a just a fun shirt, especially for Wet Seal. Their target customer is usually someone that is young and fun. Is this error really that bad, or are we making light of this situation??

Kelly Osbourne to be the new face of Madonna's Material Girl

Material Girl is thrilled to announce that Kelly Osbourne will be the new face for 2011!! The 26-year old British beauty who once called her self "an ugly duckling" couldn't be happier either. Osbourne will be replacing Taylor Momsen.

Osbourne has turned her look from goth to glam and has transformed her self into a new style icon. It may have a little to do with her co-hosting E!'s "Fashion Police" or her slimming down considerably after being on ABC's "Dancing With the Stars".

Madonna and her daughter's clothing line Material Girl launched in 2010 and became popular very quickly. The line is known for it's 80's feel and reasonable prices. The line can be found exclusively in Macy's stores.

The Gals think that this pair will be a very good fit for the line. We can't wait to see the new ad campaign!!

Worst Dressed Golden Globes 2011!!

We already showed you the Best Dressed at the 68th Annual Golden Globes, now its time for the WORST DRESSED.  These gowns that the lady's displayed, just did not quite win over The Gals vote.  Some choices are just flat out self explanatory...sad to say (lol), but you be the judge!
